Guidelines for Authors

Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your manuscript to Sanskritik Pravah.

Before Submission: Authors are requested to carefully read all submission requirements. Manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned without peer review.
  1. Articles/Papers should be submitted through e-mail at editor.sprj@gmail.com or ramsjaipur@gmail.com A hard copy of the manuscript should also be sent by post or submitted personally.
  2. Every submission should include the following documents.
    • Cover Letter mentioning the submission date.
    • Plagiarism Certificate declaring originality.
    • Certificate declaring that the manuscript has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
    • Copyright Permission Certificate authorising the publisher to publish and distribute the work in print and electronic form.
  3. All borrowed material including citations, diagrams, graphs, tables, images, maps and data must be properly acknowledged.
  4. References should appear at the end of the manuscript.
  5. Citation and references should follow the APA Publication Manual (6th Edition, 2009). Acknowledgements, if any, should precede the references.
  6. The manuscript should be prepared on A4 size paper using Microsoft Word.
    English Manuscripts
    • Font : Times New Roman
    • Body Text : 12 pt
    • Title : 24 pt
    • Subtitle : 13 pt
    Hindi Manuscripts
    • Font : DevLys 010 or Chanakya
    • Body Text : 14 pt
    • Title : 25 pt
    • Subtitle : 15 pt
  7. Manuscripts should be free from spelling and grammatical errors.
  8. Sanskrit quotations (Shlokas) should be accompanied by appropriate Hindi or English translation depending upon the language of the article.
  9. Authors should provide a short biography, postal address, e-mail address and mobile number.
  10. Publication is subject to recommendation by the referees.
